One of the reasons I enjoy trying new recipes is because it gives me an opportunity to try new ingredients. The following recipe uses Whole Wheat Flour which I have never tried before. Since I bought such a big bag of it, I will have to find more goodies to make.

This muffin recipe was found on FoodGawker.com and was created by Christine of
Apple of My Eye. I chose it because it allowed me to make good use of the
Homemade Pumpkin Puree and Pumpkin Pie Spice I made earlier.

It’s also super easy to mix up.

The thing that really sealed the deal on this recipe is the Streusel Topping.

Aren’t these the cutest? The recipe yields two dozen muffins so be sure you have plenty of people around to help you eat them. If you choose to drizzle the Powdered Sugar & Milk Glaze on top, you’ll find that they go pretty quickly like mine did.

If you have extras, I would think that freezing them would be okay.

Have you searched for and tried any recipes on FoodGawker?

These look delicious – and I bet you’re right, they’d freeze really well.
