on the square

Last night Miss A and I enjoyed an outdoor Movie on the Square in Downtown Decatur sponsored by Dekalb Medical Center. This is a photo share of the screen going up. I thought it was cool some I’m sharing pics.

movie snacks 1I met Miss A downtown and brought with me a little pack a Twizzlers. This is my favorite movie snack.

movie snacks 2Miss A didn’t know I already had my treat so she brought a bigger pack of Twizzlers to give to me for our movie night! All I can say is that she totally gets me.

movie snacks 3That used to be a Handcrafted Spiced Root Beer. It’s so easy to drink these.

movie snacks 4You have to have popcorn at the movies and yes we drink water at outdoor movies too.

The final screen test.

Movie Time! The family friendly flick for the evening was EPIC. Here’s the trailer in case you haven’t seen it. Miss A and I agree that one of the best times you can have on a lazy Fall evening is watching an outdoor movie. Try it the next time you have an opportunity.

Looked like a perfect relaxing day! I definitely need to do some research on my city and see if we have outdoor movie days for families.

Herchel, it was a great night. Finding something like this to do in your city is well worth the effort.
